This product is a pulley related to aerospace. It was machined from Galepore sheet material using a CNC lathe and machining center. The CNC lathe was used to shape it round and process the external grooves, while the machining center was used to drill mounting holes. A jig was used in the processing of the sheet material to accommodate any warping. Although this part is made as a one-off, there are similar products available, and we can accommodate sizes up to 400mm in diameter.
